Passionate about sewing as a means to free women from fast fashion, and feeling better about themselves, Annie started sewing as a child when she discovered a bag of fabric in the family utility room. Self taught, but with degrees from Central St Martins and London College of Fashion, Annie created Stitch Social to teach the very basics and beyond in a digestible, uncomplicated way and to pave the way for a new community to sewists to find fashion freedom and develop a better relationship with their bodies as they do.
